A fun bag (or pillow top) I designed for a cable-knitting class. This 10.5 x 10.5 “messenger bag” is not only a useful bag, but also a great way to show-off your cabling skills. I’ve given you directions for knitting this in the round, with the flap down back and forth.

Worked in a worsted- weight wool, you can knit-up this classic accessory in a weekend.

Directions are given both charted and round-by-round. I have given you both the directions to make the bag as shown … or to make it into a removable pillow top.
