Warm fruit desserts are a mainstay in the winter when the night-time temperatures in South Australia drop into the frosty range. But plum clafoutis doesn’t keep you toasty in bed overnight no matter now much you eat. (Drat!) So, inspired by two balls of Rare Yarns Fire (an alpaca/mohair/merino blend in the warm red colourway called Fruity) from my stash and motivated by my 10 icy-pole toes, I knitted up this fuzzy pair of quick and easy winter warmers.
