City Lights Hat was initially designed for my first VKL Show in 2012 in NYC. The hat was designed as one size fits most and it has stuck. Theres a bit of stretch as long as you check your gauge. Ciy LIghts hat using all three fibers at the same time to create a fluffy and sparkly effect.
