Circles
“When I viewed the chart for this design on the computer screen, the circles in the design flashed in and out of my vision almost like a blinking neon light. The same phenomenon occurs when I look at the finished pullover. How can I not name the pullover ‘Circles’ when they flashed before my eyes?
“The design for the main portion of the garment was taken from Z. Ventaskrasts’ book. I designed the bottom, neck and cuff border and used traditional Latvian braid and Meg Swansen’s ‘Purl When You Can’ technique.”
