This sweater was designed with our own wardrobes in mind. We wanted a cardigan that would look good on a full bust and could be worn open or closed with a variety of fasteners. We also wanted flattering lines - I’d love a garter yoke but those garter stitches make bulging horizontal lines in all the wrong places. The moss stitch yoke is firm and flattering, while the moss rib pinches in the waist, keeping the sweater from looking shapeless. The lace in Cinnamon Girl is more textural than open, giving just the right amount of interest.

Please note: there is errata available for the first edition and a small correction for the second (July 2012) edition of the book. Please see the link.
