Christmas Mittens
A pair of traditional Christmas mittens, complete with a furry cuff. Just the thing for Santa or any of his many helpers to wear. These mittens are worked in the round with aran weight yarn and then a textured fur yarn is used to add the cuffs.
The pattern is for a small to medium woman’s hand but it could be adapted for other sizes - details are in the pattern. I used James C Brett’s Candyfloss yarn for the fur cuffs but you could substitute other similar yarn.
As the fur cuffs are added at the end, this also serves as a basic mitten pattern too.
All my ravelry patterns are free to download but, if you enjoy them, please consider making a donation to the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, a charity which funds research and supports the families of children with a liver disease. You can do this easily by going to my fundraising page www.justgiving.com/frankiesknittedstuff
