This is the fourth in a series of six linked patterns, published gradually in December 2023 for a small knitted wreath. The pattern for covering the wreath is available separately and the six patterns for decorations will be published on alternate days at the start of December.

There are all sorts of delicious biscuits associated with winter and the festive season but star shaped snowflake biscuits were a favourite in our house when the children were small so that’s what I’ve chosen to decorate this wreath. On my knitted biscuits the iced snowflakes are embroidered with simple stitches.
