This year I thought I would try and design a shawlette that reminded me of angel wings – after all angels do have a large
part in the Christmas Story.
So as to ring the changes this shawlette is a textured stitch rather than lace and I chose the stitch pattern because it
reminded me of the sweep of feathers on an angel’s wing.
Top down and crescent in shape this textured shawl is subtly sprinkled with a few beads ( well it is Christmas!) and
finished with a charming ruffle.
Knitted in sports weight it will keep you warm and grow on the needles faster than you think.

The actual gauge is measured across the widest part of the diamond pattern and should measure 13 sts and 3 inches
The pattern is only available as the Christmas Club package at the moment, but will be made available to everyone later in the year
