Chocolate Sea Shell Blanket
Pure crocheted decadence! Perfect for any chocolate lover!
Materials:
- 2 strands of DK weight yarn held together to create an aran or heavier worsted weight. Sample used Robin Double Knit acrylic yarn in
dark brown and oatmeal – approx. 1312 yards each color.
You might also try using a single strand of a variegated aran weight yarn. A bulky yarn could also work well, but you might want to go up a hook size if using a heavier yarn.
- Crochet hook size K (6.5 mm) or similar
The pattern is written so you may make the blanket to any size. Sample blanket was 36” x 48”. You can also use this same pattern to create a chocolate sea shell scarf!
Skill level: Intermediate
Stitches used: ch, sl st, hdc, dc-cluster (as defined in the pattern.)
Pattern is written in standard American terms.
