Chocobo is a fantastical breed of aviary creatures often tamed and used as a form of vehicle transportation for riders. Although they have wings, they are not known to fly. They are prized for their high speeds and known for their canary yellow color, but some do come in other colors.

They like to dwell mostly in forests and love eating a vegetable called Gysahl Greens.
