MATERIALS: 4, 4 or 5 ounces of Penelope’s W.B. Melody Knitting Wool 3-ply in the main shade and a small quantity of the same make and ply in red, blue or yellow and green; two pairs of knitting needles, Nos. 10 and 12; 5 buttons.

MEASUREMENTS: Shoulder to lower edge, 11½, 12 or 12¾ inches; width all round underarms, 23, 24 or 25 inches; sleeve seams, 9½ 10½ or 11½ inches long.
