About the design:
Body and sleeves are worked in the round.
Upper part of body are worked flat - but you can work in the round and cut up for armeholes, if you prefer.

You can use different colors for edges.

The shoulder is closed with a zipper - buttons on shoulder could be fine too.

Pattern is in English, Danish and French.
