Chevron Shawl
This is a very adaptable pattern. You start at the bottom point and increase every row. This means you can keep going until you run out of yarn. You can also get different styles by how many stripes you introduce as you work up the shawl.
It’s ideal for beginners, using only trebles and chains, with the only slightly tricky part being the ‘chainless foundation’ stitches at the end of each row. These are explained in the pattern and if you struggle there are lots of YouTube videos about them.
The sample uses a full skein of Kinross Lace, it can also be worked in thicker yarns.
