Check Off is a great scarf for guys or gals, depending on what color you use to make it. You’ll need 150-200 yards of worsted weight yarn and size 8/5mm knitting needles to knit a scarf that measures 42”-55” long x 4” wide. It is knit in a textured, blocky stitch pattern that’s a little different than your standard basket weave pattern. The side edges are worked in a faux I-cord that is knit as you go. It’s easy to make it as long or short as you desire with any weight of yarn by changing the needle size to suit the yarn. The two page pattern has written instructions only.
