The “CHATHAM” hat - super soft and squishy

Inspired by the patterns of fishing nets and the colors of the stormy sea, this knitting pattern is named after the fishing fleet of Chatham, MA.
Knit in the round, it uses a tubular cast-on and sports an extra large pom pom.
The simple slip stitch pattern (only one color per round!) creates a thick, super soft, super squishy fabric.
