Este chal está inspirado en el hilado de transición lenta, apenas lo vi sentí la magia del cambio de colores y quise plasmarlo en el tejido, detrás de este hilado está la mano de la talentosa tintorera que entendió perfecto y confió a ciegas en mi idea. Gracias Nicole por estas lanas perfectas que dieron vida a el Chal Nicky.

Construcción
Nicky es un chal de media luna que se teje desde arriba hacia abajo. Se inicia con pocos puntos y va creciendo tanto en el largo como en el ancho. Se divide en dos secciones, la primera parte se teje en punto nudo lazada y luego le sigue una sección de punto fantasía calado; ambas secciones enmarcadas con una orilla de punto correteado, finalizando con un borde decorativo de picots.

Hilado
Color A: 100% Merino SW de Nicky Bijoux, grosor sport, color Bijoux (hilado de transición lenta); 350m en cada madeja de 100g.
Color B:100% Merino SW de Nicky Bijoux, grosor sport, color Frambuesa; 350m en cada madeja de 100g.

Muestra de tensión:puntos 18 x 28 vueltas = 10 x 10cm.
En punto jersey, tejido en plano y bloqueado, usando palillos de 5mm o el grosor adecuado para obtener la muestra. Te recomiendo no cortar el hilo al hacer la muestra y luego de bloquearla desarmarla para aprovechar al máximo el hilado.

Importante:para lograr las mismas medidas finales y el metraje sugerido, es necesario que hagas la muestra y la bloquees antes de medirla.

Medidas:205 x 60cm aproximadamente.

This shawl is inspired by the slow transitioned yarn, as soon as I saw it I felt the magic of the changing colors and I wanted to capture it along the fabric, behind this yarn is the hand of the talented dyer who understood perfectly and trusted blindly in my idea. Construction
Nicky is a top down, semicircle shawl.
It starts with a few stitches and grows in both length and width. It is divided into two sections, the first part is knitted in knotted yarn over stitch, following by a fantasy stitch section; both sections are framed with a garter stitch border, ending with a decorative picot border.

Yarn
Color A: 100% Merino Super Wash, sport thickness, 350m in each skein of 100g.
Color B:100% Merino Super Wash, sport thickness, 350m in each skein of 100g.

Swatch sample:stitches 18 x 28 rows = 10 x 10cm.
Done in stockinette stitch, knitted flat and blocked, using 5mm knitting needles or the appropriate thickness to obtain the swatch. I recommend that you do not cut the yarn when making the swatch and after blocking it unravel it, to be used in the shawl.

Important:to achieve the same final measurements and suggested footage, it is necessary that you make the swatch and block it before measuring it. Take your time!
