This Celtic Wrap is the perfect cover up for chilly days and nights. The cable pattern is intricate yet easy to knit. It is started as one piece, knitting back and forth on a circular needle, at the bottom edge of the back and worked to the shoulder, where the cables are reversed and the piece is divided in to the two sides of the front- at this point you may want to switch to straight needles.

Suggested yarn for this wrap is wool or a wool blend. the sample is made in worsted weight wool and used approximately 2700-2800 yards of yarn on US 8/5mm size needles.

The finished measurements are 42” wee X 56” total length
Back length from neck opening is 26”
Front length from neck opening is 32”
