Cathy's Cowl and Hat
This is a cowl pattern I designed for my friend, Cathy, who lives in Chicago. She wanted a piece of sunshine to keep her warm. This is what I came up with.
Note: You use very little of the second hank of yarn when you make the scarf.
As a thank you for purchasing this pattern, the matching hat pattern is FREE! People who purchased the cowl prior to December 23, 2013 will receive a free link to the updated version of the pattern, which includes the hat pattern and a correction (See errata note below.)
**ERRATA. In the note about how to read charts when knitting in the round, I wrote that you’re supposed to read each row from left to right. It should say, “…from right to left.” This has been corrected in the updated version.
