This optionally oversized raglan pullover or tunic was designed for Hunt Valley Cashmere two-ply yarn, and offered as a kit in 1995. This version has additional sizes, a schematic, and charts as well as written instructions.

The cashmere version pictured, color light celery, shows the lace body and sleeves worked in Thistle Leaf, with patterned ribbing on the lower edges. It is tunic length, worn with minimal ease, and has a knitted on lace edging at the neckline (one of the neckline options). It is extraordinarily soft and light.

Gauge: The thistle lace is a repeat of 10 stitches by 28 rows, and the sweater pattern is written for a gauge of 1 1/2” wide by 4 1/2” tall per repeat after blocking. It is strongly recommended that the sleeves be worked first to establish gauge.
