Cashmere Ombre 2 Ply is the softest cashmere you’ll even knit with. I decided to make a crescent shawl to show off the amazing colors in color 775 (formerly known as Neon Sky).
Because this yarn is hand-dyed, you never know when specks of a previous or future color will show up, and this makes it so so special.

The shawl is huge, but compresses so much that you can pass it through a wedding band as shown in the photo here, and as you can find in only the finest cashmere and silk yarns.

Treat yourself.

The pattern is super easy. It starts with a garter tab. Then, the only instructioni besides knit and purl is YO for yarn over increase.
It’s also easily adapted to yarns with less yardage. Just stop when you are at a point that there is just sufficient yarn to bind off.
