Skirt of coat can be worked solidly, or in stripes.

- 1 year: chest 20”/51cm, finished chest 24”/61cm
- 2 years: chest 22”/56cm, finished chest 26”/66cm
- 4 years: chest 24”/61cm, finished chest 29”/73.5cm
- 6 years: chest 26”/66cm, finished chest 31”/79cm
Other materials needed
- 6 ring markers
- 2 buttons for 1-year size, 3 buttons for all other sizes
Yarn requirements
Balls are assumed to be 50g, 119m/130yds
- 1-year size: 2 balls of main colour, 2 balls of contrast colour
- 2-year size: 3 balls of main colour, and 2.5 balls of contrast colour for a solid skirt or 2 balls of contrast colour for a striped skirt
- 4-year size: 3 balls of main colour, and 3 balls of contrast colour for a solid skirt or 2 balls of contrast colour for a striped skirt
- 6-year size: 4 balls of main colour, 3 balls of contrast colour
