Notes
This sweater is worked in the round, from the top down, with MC1 and MC2 held together.
Short row neck shaping and raglan increases are worked in the yoke, then body and sleeves are
seperated at the underarm. After finishing the body, add CC and increase stitches for the frills. Sleeve
length and volume of the frills are customizable to your liking.
