Looking for a fun project to brighten your day? Try this crochet candy corn pattern – great for gifts or decor!

These would be great for gifts, as fall or Halloween decor or for a fall-themed get together. One at each place setting would be amazing for a dinner!

One of the best things about this pattern (besides how cute it is!) is that it is a great stash buster. You can use any weight yarn with an appropriate hook, and really any color combo you like. Who says candy corn has to be orange, yellow and white?

I used leftover worsted weight yarn to create mine and went with a size G (4.00mm) crochet hook. If you change the weight of the yarn, look for the recommended hook size on the yarn label and go down a size or two.

When crocheted with worsted weight yarn these are right at 3 inches long. If you’d like them smaller, feel free to use a lighter weight yarn with a much smaller hook.

This project is worked in the round from the white tip to the end beginning with a magic circle. Then, it is stuffed lightly with fiberfill and seamed closed.
