Candy Cotton: 31 sts and 26 rows in pattern on 4.5 mm / US 7 needles = 10 x 10 cm / 4” x 4” after washing and blocking.
Introduction
The Candy Cable Scarf is worked from the tip of the scarf with increases along one side. The scarf’s structure of edge stitches, cables, and garter stitch lines is formed until you reach the center of the scarf, after which you decrease back down to the tip at the opposite end. The first 28 rows of the scarf are written out until the pattern structure of cables and garter stitch lines is clearly established.
