The yarn is worked double stranded. No gauge is given. I don’t think it is critical for this project.
The main idea of the candy bag is, that you knit a tube that folded is a square. You can make a smaller or larger bag as you like. Depending of how you want to use the bag, you can knit a shorter or longer hank.
