The pattern is written as an introduction/tutorial to my favorite sock architecture. It is 5 pages long, and does have a good bit of my own notes/tips included. Of course, I am always available for any assistance you may need with this pattern.

This pattern uses Judy’s Magic Cast-on, a toe-up gusset/flap style heel & a simple hemmed cuff.

Errata 7/1/08: Row 1 of the toe should read:

Round 1: K1, LLinc, Knit to 1 stitch before end, LRinc k1 for instep & sole stitches

Errata 9/3/2015:

Hello knitters! It has come to my attention that Row 4 of the “Open Wide!” section has some errata. The order of the increases is correct in the Row 1 instructions, but incorrect in the the row 4 instructions. The correct order is LLinc and then LRinc. This row should read as below:

Row 4: Knit to marker, slm, K1, LLinc, Knit to 1
before marker, LRinc, K1) slm, knit in pattern to
end of round.

This pattern needs to be completely reformatted before the change will be made to the PDF. Please keep this in mind if purchasing/printing after 9/3/2015.
