California Sky
I’ve called this model “California Sky” because, to me, it evokes the peaceful, striking beauty of a Californian sunset. The way the sections of different colors follow one another is reminiscent of the astonishing range of hues that unfold in the sky during this magical moment.
With its slightly crescent-shaped form, “California Sky” also reminds me of the curve of the horizon at dusk, when all dreams become possible. Every time I wear my “California Sky” shawl, I’m reminded to take the time to appreciate the beauty of nature around us and embrace the infinite possibilities that each new day brings.
