This fun miniskirt is very simple to make! I couldn’t believe no one has tried ruching crocheted fabric so naturally I just had to! I chose 2 different yarn weights with two different ruching looks. You will need some elastic cord, and stitch markers ( I like to use bobby pins) instructions include size changes for both yarn weights as well as both ruching styles.

GAUGE FOR CARON SIMPLY SOFT
15 stsx 5 rows in treble crochet = 4” I hook
7 rows of dc = 4” H hook

GAUGE FOR PALETTE
16 sts x 6 1/2 rows in treble crochet= 4” H hook
8 rows of dc= 4” G hook
