Caleb's Blanket
PLEASE NOTE: this pattern uses both knit and crochet stitches. The main blanket is knit and the border is crocheted on at the end. If you are new to crochet do not fear! All you’ll need to know is how to chain and how to do a single crochet stitch, which is very simple to learn.
(all crochet terms are US crochet terms)
This is the blanket that I made for my June baby- a perfectly soft and light cotton summer blanket, filled with textured stitches and with a minimal crochet edging. It kept my little one warm during the first few months of his life and was much used and loved. I hope it does the same for the littles in your life!
