Designed to match the Caireen shawl (Knitty Deep Fall 2010), this hat features intricately braided cables inspired by ancient Celtic knotwork. The warm alpaca yarn provides sharp definition to the cables as well as lovely drape that enhances the overall fit of the hat. The hat can be worn as a beret as shown in the sample or it can also be worn as a slouch.
