Café Society
Café Society is from my new book, The Knitter's Sweater Fitting Bible. All patterns in the book are true made-to-measure, mix and match templates, designed to work with any yarn, any gauge and any body measurements. Swatch, fill in the math and pattern templates and go!
About Café Society:
Stripes of different widths are a great way to play with visual perception — making areas of the body look smaller or larger depending on how they’re used together. These stripes balance Beth’s limb difference: wider stripes on her smaller arm make it appear larger, while narrower stripes on her larger arm have the opposite effect. The front and back pieces of this sweater are each worked in two pieces to avoid awkward intarsia.
About the pattern templates:
All patterns in The Knitter’s Sweater Fitting Bible are adaptable for every fit challenge I’ve imagined, including, but not limited to:
* all gender bodies
* every size and shape body
* post-mastectomy bodies
* limb differences
* pregnancy/maternity fit
* seated bodies
* medical devices
