This pullover is all about calculating the math to perfectly merge the two patterns into a continuous repeat. Laura immediately loved the density of the Crosses and Twists pattern. It was perfect for a stand- up mock turtleneck collar. The interesting part of the pattern is that besides crossing in a diagonal direction, it also has a vertical, twist- stitch pinstripe that intersects the crosses. Laura thought it would be great to start with that pinstripe which would seamlessly flow into the Crosses and Twists pattern which gives it a lighter-weight body and denser yoke.
