This pattern is for onesize mittens. If you have small hands the mittens will fit loosely, if you have broader hands, the cable will be a bit more stretched, but onesize should also fit.

You can easily adjust the length by knitting as long until you reach the end of your smallest finger, then the decreases will begin.

If you don’t want the very defined decreases, you can decrease at the sides only every second row (instead of every row).
