Ever wonder what to do with those leftover knitted swatches? Time to dig through your stash of unused swatches and make a set of Cabin in the Wool coasters!!

This pattern includes instructions on how to make three coasters. All coasters are assembled using the traditional log cabin style of construction with a special center. The center block features a knitted swatch of wool yarn. The other blocks and backing are made with cotton fabric.

Don’t have any swatches laying around? That’s okay! There are instructions in the pattern on how to make stockinette stitch swatches with 5 different weights of yarn: fingering, sport, dk, worsted, and aran. So you can use up your leftover bits of yarn too!!

This pattern is BEGINNER friendly for both KNITTERS and SEWISTS. It includes clear instructions, precise graphics, and lots of helpful tips to give you the best coasters.
