This shawlette knits up very quickly using just 160 yards of bulky weight thick and thin yarn. It’s just a basic triangle with yarn over increases and garter stitch edging. I knit mine in an afternoon, sitting outside with my kids….simple and mindless knitting, sometimes that’s exactly what I need.
Aussi disponible en français.
Mine was knit with my own hand spun, hand dyed yarn but some other great substitutes would be:
-Handmaiden Strati
-Ironstone Yarns Fun Wool
-Malabrigo Aquarella
