This is a choose your own adventure pattern with instructions to make a washcloth, a washcloth with a soap pocket or a bath mitt with or without a soap pocket.

One ball of worsted weight cotton at approx. 120 yards will make:

• 1 mitt with soap pocket and border (113 yards)
• OR one washcloth with a soap pocket and border (62 yards) and one with a border but without a pocket (51 yards)
• OR two washcloths without pockets, both with border (102 yards).

You may have as much as 10 yards left or as little as 1 yard if you make a mitt with pockets. If you are concerned you will run out, try complementary color for the edge/border.
