Finished stocking is 21 inches long from top to toe with cuff portion unfolded. Leg is 10 inches around.

Cuff is worked flat in Garter Stitch, then joined in the round for Stockinette Stitch down the leg and foot. You can work it all in the round if you want, but this gives you the option of folding down the cuff for a different look.
