This is upgradable to obtain numerous finishes - with more to come including hair, removable clothes, etc!
At the time of this being added to Ravelry there is a headhunter, hula dancer and devilish upgrade for the base pattern.

This is also available in a combo pack which includes the base pattern and one upgrade. When purchased with the combo pack the upgrade is about half off!
