Pattern for a one skein ruffled scarf published as a pamphlet in 2011, by Lanas Stop. The pamphlet was gifted on the purchase of the featured yarn (Nora).
Needle size is not important for this pattern. Despite the yarn’s label mentioning 3,5mm needles, you can use whatever size you feel comfortable with, as needles are inserted through the holes of the mesh (that are quite large).

Lanas Stop company closed in 2015 and their website is no longer available. The only link to the pattern I found in the web doesn’t seem to be working very well either. Fortunately, I could find an image of the original pamphlet with instructions - in Spanish, English, French, German and Portuguese - and uploaded it (second photo)
