The cardigan is knitted from top down, seamless. You will start by casting on the stitches of the back and thus knit flat including step by step the Cable panel. Then you will pick up the stitches for each front that you will knit flat to the same length as back. Once you’ve reached the armhole length for both front, you will join the back and fronts and knit flat to the ribbed. When you’ve finished the body, you will pick up the stitches along the fronts and neckline to knit a ribbed band.
The sleeves are knitted last, in round and end with ribs.

Materials
• Yarn: 1250 (1530, 1860, 2200) yards; 1100 (1400, 1700,
2000) meters of Aran yarn, or other yarn for obtain gauge. The
sample was knitted in size S using Amelie by Illimani (56% Silk,
40% Alpaca, 4% Merino – 50 gr/164 yards; 150 meters) in
colorway charcoal.
• Needles: US 8; 5.00 mm circular needles and dpns.
US 9; 5.5 mm circular needles and dpns.
• Others: stitch markers, cable needle, stitch holders (or waste
yarn), tapestry needle, 7 (7, 8, 8) buttons about 0.8 inch; 2 cm
diameter.
Gauge
19 sts and 24 rows for 4 inches; 10 cm in stockinette stitch with
needles US 9; 5.5 mm, after light block.
