Der Brocade Sweater ist ein Top down gestrickter Sweater mit großem Colorwork Motiv auf der Passe und am Saum.

Das Modell wurde für die Zauberperlen Hanf von Schoppel Wolle entworfen, die Anleitung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf dieses Garn.

Die Zauberperlen Hanf enthalten auf 100 g 7 verschiedene Farbtöne.
Der Sweater beginnt oben mit der hellsten Farbe, das Colourwork Muster beginnt in der dunkelsten Farbe. Während die Grundfarbe nach unten immer dunkler wird, wird die Kontrastfarbe heller.
Dadurch entsteht der Eindruck, dass der Sweater allover gemustert ist.

Ich empfehle eine positive Leichtigkeit von 12 - 15 cm.

Maschenprobe
25 Ma x 33 Rd = 10 x 10 cm glatt rechts mit Nd 3,5 mm im Colorwork Muster und einfarbig, nach Waschen und Spannen,
sollte die Maschenprobe im ColorworkMuster größer oder kleiner ausfallen, ist die Nadelstärke anzupassen.

Hinweis: Der tatsächliche Garnverbrauch ist niedriger, durch den Farbverlauf des Sweaters benötigt man aber nicht von allen Perlen die gleiche Menge!

The Brocade Sweater is a top-down knitted sweater with a large colorwork motif on the yoke and hem.

This pattern was designed for Schoppel Wolle’s Zauberperlen Hanf yarn; the instructions refer exclusively to this yarn.

Each 100 g skein of Zauberperlen Hanf contains 7 different shades.
The sweater starts at the top with the lightest color, and the colorwork pattern begins with the darkest color. As the base color gets darker toward the bottom, the contrasting color gets lighter.
This creates the impression that the sweater is patterned all over.

I recommend a positive ease of 4.7 to 6´´ / 12 to 15cm.

Gauge
25 sts x 33 rnds = 4 x 4″ /10 x 10cm with 3.5mm ndl, in colorworkpattern and in plain stockinette, after wet blocking.
Should the gauge forcolorwork pattern be bigger or smaller, adapt the size of the needles.
