BRIGID’S BOOTIES
………………………………………….

Delightfully rustic and scandalously cozy, this traditional house-bootie design is the ideal domestic companion for your cold feet.

Based on a vernacular Eastern European method of knitting footwear, the construction
is very simple - yet so unexpected, it feels almost magical, inviting the knitter to suspend disbelief as their work transform from 2D to 3D in front of their very eyes.

Brigid’s Booties are knitted flat, in garter stitch, all in one piece. There is no sewing or grafting involved; only knitting. The process of making them is a lot of fun. In addition to the instructions, the pattern includes step by step illustrations.

Fully customisable, Brigid’s Booties can be knitted to any leg height and almost any foot size.
And once you try a pair, it is almost guaranteed that more will follow. They are exceptionally addictive!
