Brielle is a striped tunic with a button placket and slight gather feature at the front. Brielle is a simple and versatile pattern which can be knitted in solid, semi-solid or variegated yarn, and it is also a wonderful stash buster pattern. It is written in sixteen sizes from Newborn to 12 years and is nearly seamless.

Gauge: 22 sts and 30 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in stockinette.

Please take the time to knit a swatch before beginning this project. It is also important to wash and block your swatch to ensure the best fit possible.

To ensure the best fit, please knit the size of your child’s chest measurement, rather than their age, and add or subtract length for their age. There is approximately 2 inches (5cm) of positive ease included in this pattern for a relaxed fit which makes it great for layering.
