The Bricktown Hat features bobbles, cables, and a pom pom—the perfect little winter treat. It’s a super-quick knit that will keep you interested from start to finish. Use a tubular cast-on and knit this hat from the brim up.
This pattern has been professionally edited and the Ravelry download includes both charted and line-by-line written instructions for the cables.

Difficulty Easy
Yarn Weight 5
Finished Size 19” (47.5 cm) circumference and 11½“ (29 cm) tall with brim unfolded.
Yarn Malabrigo Yarn Chunky (100% Merino wool; 104 yd/3½ oz): #CH009 polar morn, 2 skeins.
Needles Size 8 (5 mm): 16” circular. Size 10 (6 mm): 16” circular and set of double-pointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Marker; cable needle; tapestry needle.
Gauge 16 sts and 19 rnds = 4” in charted patt on larger needle; 25 sts of chart = 6¼“ wide on larger needle.
Notes This hat is worked in the round from the bottom up.
