Sometimes you have two skeins of sock yarn that seem to go perfectly together. Or maybe you had to barely break into a second skein of sock yarn to finish the toe for that large-footed person in your life. Why not combine them to make a beautiful two-colored shawl?

Pattern Note:
To clarify, if you are using stitch markers to mark each lace repeat (for Briargate that would be each 14-st repeat), you need to shift the stitch markers on some rows. I cover that topic on page 10 of the book.

For Briargate, you need to rearrange the stitch markers on rows 1, 5, 9 and 11.
