Notes on Construction
The Brezo hood is a head accessory with a very simple but entertaining construction, allowing you to learn exciting techniques. You can make simple modifications for small changes and knit different hoods.

Ideas for modifications:

• Use garter stitch or stocking stitch for various parts.
• Introduce textures like moss stitch or seed stitch.

The entire piece is knitted flat and back and forth. Start by casting on stitches for the lapel at the back of the head and knit the lapel. From this, lift stitches to knit the rest of the hood in garter stitch. The pattern includes two alternative closures. To finish off, weave the loop by lifting stitches to create a flat i-cord from the ends of the front of the piece.

La capucha Brezo es un accesorio para la cabeza con una construcción muy simple pero entretenida, con la que aprenderás algunas técnicas emocionantes. Además, puedes hacer modificaciones simples para realizar pequeños cambios y tejer diferentes capuchas.

Ideas para modificaciones:

• Tejer cualquier parte en punto bobo o punto jersey.
• Introducir texturas como el punto musgo o el punto de arroz.

Toda la pieza se teje de manera plana y de ida y vuelta. Primero, monta los puntos para el solapa en la parte posterior de la cabeza y teje la solapa. A partir de esto, levanta puntos para tejer el resto de la capucha en punto bobo. En el patrón, encontrarás dos cierres alternativos. Para terminar, teje el bucle levantando puntos para tejer un cordón plano desde los extremos del frente de la pieza.
