Note
A vest worked in the round with steeks for armholes and neck opening. 2x2 ribbing for hem is worked first, and then body is worked in the round throughout by adding steeks at where armholes and neck opening are planned. Steeks for armholes are cut to pick up stitches to work armhole band in 2x2 ribbing, and last steek is cut to work neckband in 2x2 ribbing.
The steek edges are tidied and hidden during finishing.

袖ぐり, 襟ぐりのために後から切り開くスティークを入れながら輪で編むベスト. 最初に裾の2目ゴム編みを編み, 袖ぐりと襟ぐりの部分にスティークを入れながら輪で編んでいく. 袖ぐりのスティークを切り開き, 休み目とスティーク部分の目を拾ってゴム編みする. 襟ぐりのスティークを切り開き, 休み目とスティーク部分の目を拾って2目ゴム編みする. それぞれのスティークの処理をした後に仕上げを行う.
