Branch Out Raglan
ABOUT
The Branch Out Raglan is a lightweight, unisex sweater that is filled with drool-worthy texture. Front post stitches cover the front and back sections, creating a stunning design and back loop stitches are used throughout to provide effortless drape. The finished piece fits closely around the neck, loosely around the body, and fitted around the arms. Plus, it’s worked from the top down, so you can totally try it on as you go!
WHY I LOVE IT
1) It’s unisex. The neutral design makes it perfect for both men and women, so you can totally get all matchy-matchy with your spouse!
2) It’s lightweight. I live in Georgia, USA and, as I’m sure most of you already know, it doesn’t get THAT cold here, so I really appreciate a sweater that I’m not pouring sweat in and can wear more than 2x a year.
3) The way it fits. So, raglan style sweaters are kind of magical in this way. Since the yoke has consistent increases, there are no “waves” or “ruffles” of extra fabric that bunch up and the fit in the underarm is just muah perfection!
4) The seam is unnoticeable! It begins, on the yoke, by following the right back diagonal raglan line and then is hidden on the body section on the side, under the arm.
