Braddock
The Braddock Beanie is a relaxed, textured beanie knit with Magpie Fibers Swanky DK weight yarn. The merino and cashmere blend leave you silky soft hat in the most radiant colors. Magpie Fibers is based out of Frederick, Maryland, near Braddock Mountain - a mountain in the Appalachian Mountain range. All yarns are hand-dyed by Dami Hunter and Tracey Lambert in their small studio. With a focus on luxurious fibers, your fingers will be left itching for more!
Braddock is constructed from brim to crown, starting with a tubular cast-on. It features a 1x1 brim and a textured pattern which is provide in chart form.

One size fits most
21” - 47cm around (stretches to fit up to 26” - 66cm)
9” - 23cm tall

Magpie Fibers Swanky DK
80% Merino, 10% Nylon, 10% Cashmere goat
250 yards / 100 grams
1 skein Amber Waves
Materials:
US 4 - 3.5mm circular needle 16” or longer for magic loop
US 5 - 3.75mm circular needle 16” or longer for magic loop
US 5 - 3.75mm DPNS (optional)
Stitch Marker
Tapestry Needle (for weaving in ends)
Gauge:
20sts x 32 rows = 4” /10cm using US 5 - 3.75mm over chart pattern, blocked.
Special Techniques:
Tubular Cast-on - step-by-step instructions are provided to create the tubular cast on for a 1x1 rib
