Materials:
–Red Heart Super Saver Yarn in any color you want. I used Green and Red
-Jingle Bells
-Tissue Paper Insert Roll
-G/6-4.25mm Crochet Hook
-E-3.50mm Crochet Hook
-Yarn Needle
-Scissors

NOTES:
-You do not have to use a cardboard piece on the inside of your napkin ring. You can just sew it closed without anything inside.
